Dawn is early in Sweden. I was awake around three o'clock in the morning to go and take these pictures. Not only was it cold but it seemed to be mosquito breeding season.
The freezing cold lake is lapping at my feet (I couldn't put my bare skin in the water for more than about 30 seconds before going numb), a fairly strong breeze blowing off the lake making me even colder. Setup, take a couple of dozen shots, then head back for a hot shower!

I'd cycled about twenty miles before I found this location, headed into the woods and set about looking for "the spot". My clothes were already quite wet from being caught in the rain cycling up from Dvärsätt, and the rain would come and go during the half hour I was here trying to get these shots.
This was my first outdoor self-nude shoot, and bloody hell, was it fun!
I tell a lie: I know exactly where it came from. It started with 2009's New Year Resolution to improve my self-esteem, went via the gym on my bicycle, involved a wonderful lady reminding me to take the brown paper bag off my head, and ended up in a catsuit. From there a photoshoot turned "boudoir" but without the right skills or photography vocabulary to express what I saw. And then I saw the advert...
