Dear customers,
Many thanks to Anil at Internet Facilitators for his work in getting a temporary power feed to us two hours ahead of the final fix time.
We have managed to temporarily restore power even though our main PDU is still offline. Two of the three PSUs in one of our three core routers have failed, and we are sourcing replacement parts. More updates to follow.
